Customer Care Advisor
Site:Santo Domingo or Santiago
The customer service agent assists clients with their inquiries regarding products or services. The CSR will handle a constant flow of inbound and/or outbound calls ensuring the resolution of the client’s inquiry while providing outstanding customer support. The CSR will need to memorize and interpret scripts to better assist the client.
Responsibilities:- Memorize and interpret scripts for products and services and keep them handy for reference
- Order intake.
- Build rapport with clients while ensuring the customer’s issue/inquiry is resolved.
- Achieve daily personal/team qualitative and quantitative goals, while providing exceptional
- Identify opportunities to sell or upsell products and/or services.
Requirements:- High School diploma
- Advanced English
- Ability to multitask
- Time management
- Customer service orientation
- Strong active listening skills
- Excellent computer skills
