Group CEO

As the CEO/Managing Director and a member of the board of directors at GeBBS Healthcare Solutions, Milind (MG) employs a data-driven approach to maximize the value delivered to client organizations. MG has a PhD in Technology Management from NMIMS University, specializing in AI, Business Process Modeling, and Prescriptive Analytics.

Kalil Diaz

CEO

Kalil is a graduate of Concordia University and the Yale School of Management, where he earned his MBA. Before joining CCD, he was the managing partner at Amergent Capital and served as a lending manager at GE Capital.

Valerie Grullon

COO

Valerie is an Organizational Psychologist, with a master’s degree in Strategic Direction of Human Resources. She is a certified Executive Coach and Founded her HR consulting firm in 2015. She has Extensive experience in corporate and field Human Resources locally and internationally.

William Harper Heinsen

CFO

Prior to joining CCD, William worked in corporate investment banking at CitiBank. He received his undergraduate degree from Concordia University and his MBA from the University of Toronto.

Lilliam McCann

Sr. VP of Operations and IT Services

Lilliam holds an undergraduate degree in organizational psychology, as well as a master’s degree in management and productivity from the Universidad APEC. She was the director of operations at Synergies before joining CCD.

Edison Sepúlveda

VP of Product Innovation

Edison received his undergraduate degree in information technology and an MBA from Barna Business School. Before joining CCD, he worked as a consultant at EY (Ernst & Young).

Will Scott

VP of Business Development

Will is an influential Radiology business leader with over 15 yrs of sales and Radiology management experience. Before joining CCD, Will worked as the VP of Sales at a medical imaging solutions software company. He has a master's degree in Healthcare Management.

Luis Arocha

VP of Customer Success

Luis received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry at Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Ureña and has a Master of Science from North Carolina State University. Before joining CCD in 2015, he was involved in the export of agricultural products to Europe and the US for 15 years.
